Description

You will specialize in the start-up and service of HVAC equipment for various applications, including air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control, and energy management. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in the NYC Metro area, ensuring buildings perform efficiently.

Requirements

• 3+ years solo field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning
• Knowledge of commercial air-conditioning, heating, water source heat pumps, rooftop packaged HVAC systems
• Proficient with troubleshooting (mechanical)
• Previous experience with preventative maintenance
• EPA Type 1, 2, or Universal certification
• Own hand tools
• Clean driving record
