Description

You will support the Finance Business Partnerships team at Chime, ensuring budgeting and forecasting accuracy while driving strategic financial initiatives. You'll partner with business leaders, build financial models, and leverage AI to streamline processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years in Finance/FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or Big 4 accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
• Experience building financial models for budgeting and forecasting
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Advanced Excel and G-Suite skills; experience with Pigment, NetSuite, Looker, Workday, Snowflake, or Python is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop insightful reporting for leadership visibility into operating performance
• Own and optimize forecasting processes with advanced financial modeling
• Partner with G&A leaders on bottoms-up planning and headcount management
• Translate investments into financial impacts and tradeoffs for leaders
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline financial processes
