You will design core player movement systems, gameplay abilities, and environmental elements for a new F2P Multiplayer Adventure title with a world-class IP. You'll create compelling encounters that are approachable, creative, and endlessly replayable, collaborating across disciplines to deliver responsive and impactful gameplay.

Requirements

• Proven track record designing and shipping gameplay elements for a live service
• Experience using level design tools for action-adventure encounters emphasizing player agency
• Passion for action sandboxes prioritizing player expression and creativity
• Fluency in how animation, audio, and effects shape gameplay feel
• Systemic and goal-driven design process with playtesting and iteration
