You'll ensure ABC works with the best process servers by coaching and training underperformers. Your core impact is creating a positive server experience and improving key metrics. This remote role involves direct communication and feedback to drive performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide support, training and education to underperforming process servers
• Create positive and engaging server experience through coaching and feedback
• Field questions from process servers and resolve blockers
• Review daily reports and reach out to disengaged servers

📋 Requirements

• Experience training and/or coaching
• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Legal Processes is a plus
