You'll build and secure cloud infrastructure at a healthcare startup, owning GCP, observability, and developer tooling. Your impact includes implementing zero-trust controls and codifying security guardrails for a HIPAA-compliant platform processing sensitive healthcare data. You'll collaborate across teams to scale the system for a broad public launch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and own cloud infrastructure on GCP with autoscaling and HA networking
• Implement comprehensive security controls including secrets management and zero-trust IAM
• Stand up observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and SLOs
• Streamline developer experience with dev-containers and runbooks

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years building and securing production cloud infrastructure with deep GCP knowledge
• Expert with container orchestration and autoscaling strategies
• Proven record deploying centralized secrets management and automated rotation
• Mastery of IaC (Terraform, Pulumi) and CI/CD pipelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with workflow orchestration platforms like Temporal or Airflow
• Prior work in HIPAA or SOC 2 regulated environments
• Exposure to zero-trust networking and service-mesh patterns
