🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Prepare HR documents (letters, policy updates)
• Process US and Canadian payroll accurately

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Human Resources
• Employee relations experience
• Payroll and tax knowledge
• Knowledge of employment laws (Canada and US)

✨ Nice to Have

• Strong knowledge of both CAN and US HR practices
• Experience with HRIS systems
• SHRM or HRCI certification
