💼 About This Role

You'll lead eDiscovery lab operations managing data processing and team of professionals. You'll ensure incoming productions meet ESI specifications and advise on Electronic Discovery Reference Model phases. This role combines technical oversight with client consultation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage lab data processing services and team scheduling
• Ensure incoming productions comply with ESI specifications
• Advise attorneys on EDRM phases and best practices
• Oversee webhosting support for unsupported cases
• Conduct quality control and create progress reports

📋 Requirements

• Relativity experience required
• At least 8 years of eDiscovery experience
• At least 5 years of management/supervisory experience
• Thorough knowledge of EDRM workflow

✨ Nice to Have

• Relativity certifications (RCA or Analytics Specialist)
• Experience with LAW, IPRO, Concordance
• Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field
