• Develop and execute comprehensive enrollment strategy aligned with institutional goals
• Analyze enrollment data and market trends to optimize recruitment and conversion rates
• Manage full inquiry-to-enrollment cycle ensuring seamless student-centered experience
• Ensure applicants meet admissions requirements including documentation, testing, and interviews
• Lead, mentor, and develop Enrollment team including training and performance reviews
