💼 About This Role

You'll join the Finance team at Stay22, an AI-powered affiliate platform in travel tech. You'll drive scalable FP&A processes, forecasting, and data-driven insights to support growth and investor readiness. Hybrid role based in Montreal.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Produce weekly KPI dashboards for management.
• Conduct variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast).
• Support workforce planning and team budget tracking.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of FP&A experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
