You'll lead the global Number Operations team at Aircall, a unicorn AI-powered customer communications platform. You'll drive operational excellence in number purchasing, porting, and compliance for 22,000+ customers. This role offers direct impact on product direction and cross-functional leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a global team of 20 ICs, managers, and contractors.
• Build quarterly OKRs with Product, Carrier Relations, and Support Ops.
• Own customer escalations and maintain carrier partner relationships.
• Project manage KYC/compliance requests with Legal.
• Partner with Product to identify UX improvements and automation opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Number Operations or Carrier Operations in SaaS.
• 2+ years in a management role with a track record of hiring.
• Advanced proficiency with Zendesk and Carrier Portal solutions.
• Analytical with proficiency in Gsheet and Looker.

• SQL experience.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environment.
