📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of talent acquisition in high-growth environments
• Experience recruiting digital marketing roles (SEO, Paid Media, etc.)
• Strong expertise in Boolean search and sourcing strategies
• Proven success recruiting across international markets (Canada, US, UK, Mexico)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Ashby or Juicebox ATS
• Experience in agency settings
• Knowledge of employment regulations across multiple countries
