You'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in a clinic-based setting. You'll implement behavior intervention plans and collect data with real-time BCBA supervision. This role offers consistent weekday hours, no weekends, and a clear career path.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate daily with clinical team

📋 Requirements

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
• Experience working with children in structured settings (ABA, childcare, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active
• Reliable transportation
