You will design and evolve Oscar Health's physical workplace and culture strategy to create an environment where employees feel valued, inspired, and empowered. This role blends strategy and execution, overseeing workplace operations across locations and driving cultural initiatives that foster connection and belonging.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in facilities management, employee experience, or related fields
  • 2+ years people leadership experience
  • 2+ years project management experience
  • 2+ years vendor management experience
  • Experience in event planning, office branding, or community engagement (bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee office locations, lead workplace operations team for mail, food, supplies, custodial, safety, parking
  • Manage team budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts for operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement employee experience strategy aligned with mission and values
  • Design and execute internal events and programs (e.g., volunteer opportunities, wellness initiatives)
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on workplace operations and employee experience
