You'll own post-sales relationships for a large portfolio of SMB customers at a high-growth SaaS company serving the leisure and attractions industry. Your work will drive retention, adoption, and expansion through scalable, data-driven programs and AI-enabled processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage post-sales relationships across a large portfolio of customers
  • Execute scalable engagement through webinars, newsletters, and proactive outreach
  • Identify churn risks early and implement targeted retention interventions
  • Drive upsells and cross-sells by partnering with Sales on expansion opportunities

📋 Requirements

  • 2-3 years of Customer Success experience in SaaS
  • Proven ability to manage a large customer portfolio (200+) efficiently
  • Proficient in Salesforce or a comparable CRM
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
