Description

You will design and deliver AI-powered products and workflows using Podium's tech stack, taking ownership from problem definition to deployment. You'll work autonomously, collaborate with global teams, and leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development.

Requirements

• Strong experience with REST, GraphQL, webhooks, event-driven systems
• Proven ability to take problems from concept to production with minimal oversight
• Strong engineering fundamentals and full SDLC experience (Git, PRs, CI/CD)
• Ability to produce high-quality, review-ready work
• Strong system thinking and ability to identify risks and dependencies

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered products and integrations across multiple systems
• Work within Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Anticipate edge cases and failure modes early in design
