🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of technicians in fabrication of aerospace hardware
• Interface with leadership and prioritize work per production schedule
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and push feedback to owners
• Ensure product quality and coordinate disposition of non-conforming product

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing and test environment
• 2+ years working hands-on with safety-critical systems or mechanical assemblies
• 6+ months of professional experience leading a team

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate or bachelor's degree
• Aviation mechanic certificate: Airframe and Powerplant (A&P)
• Lean manufacturing training and experience
