You'll own the activation, adoption, and expansion problem at CertifID, a fraud prevention platform for real estate. You'll start with customer discovery, define the growth model, and run experiments with earned conviction to close the gap between current and full product value.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Conduct weekly customer discovery calls with buyers, sellers, and title officers.
- Define and maintain the growth model to identify activation and expansion drops.
- Design and run experiments grounded in qualitative customer evidence.
- Collaborate with sales, CS, marketing, and engineering to close expansion gaps.
๐ Requirements
- 5-8 years in product management with 3+ years in B2B2C SaaS growth.
- Experience owning activation, retention, or expansion metrics as primary outcomes.
- Regular practice of customer-led discovery to inform hypotheses.
- Analytical fluency with SQL and tools like Amplitude or Hex.

- Experience in vertical SaaS or fintech.
- Background in real estate or payments industry.
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms (e.g., LaunchDarkly, Optimizely).
