💼 About This Role

You'll drive the go-to-market strategy for Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance at Databricks. You'll set the vision, build field assets, and maintain executive relationships. This role requires travel and reports to the VP of Financial Services GTM.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own strategy for Financial Services GTM across EMEA
• Drive C-level customer and partner relationships
• Develop sub-vertical sales plays with Sales Programs
• Act as thought leader at industry events and white papers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years as an executive (CxO) in Banking
• Knowledge of key global regulations in Banking/Payments, Capital Markets, Insurance (especially European)
• Experience driving change at large FSI institutions from technical and business perspective
• Strong customer-facing presence with CXO, IT, and Business Leaders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cross-functional teams to build vertical solutions on a technology platform
• Experience with sales and technical pre-sales building go-to-market kits
• Program management skills for vertical solutions
