Requirements

• Over 2 years managing a development team with demonstrated ability to foster career growth and mentor.
• Masters or PhD in Robotics, EE, CE, CS, ME, or related field.
• Proven track record delivering production-quality motion planner in leadership capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in search algorithms and ML for motion planning.
• Expertise in C++, Linux, Python; supplementary SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a motion planning team responsible for planning algorithm and constraint generation.
• Collaborate with leaders on technical direction, architecture, resource allocation, and technical debt.
• Deliver robust and scalable planner prioritizing safety across design, prototyping, testing, deployment, and production.
• Adopt metrics-driven approach for development and enhancement of technical components.
• Advance planning methodologies to facilitate data-driven strategies.
