🎯 What You'll Do

• Build authentication and product features for security and trust.
• Develop AI-powered systems to detect fraud, spam, and abuse.
• Shape AI safety controls for Notion AI and workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally to embed trust and security.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience building or securing products.
• Domain expertise in trust, safety, authentication, security, or privacy.
• Proven ownership and initiative in ambiguous environments.
• Cross-functional collaboration and team player mindset.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience using AI (LLMs or ML) for trust/security at scale.
• Experience building AI-enabled applications in production.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, Dynamo, or Memcached.
