• Mentor and manage software developers and testers as a player-coach.
• Partner with Product Management to translate priorities into executable plans.
• Provide technical oversight for hardware and firmware integration activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of development and testing workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 7-9 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing technical teams.
• 3+ years of hands-on application development with modern languages and frameworks.
• 3+ years of leading software QA testing including automated strategies.

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years in regulated environments (GxP, GCP).
• 2+ years with security standards (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Experience with AI-enabled clinical applications.
