💼 About This Role

You'll lead Gamma's West Coast B2B sales team, coaching 6-8 AEs to build repeatable processes from the ground up. Working from San Francisco headquarters (4-5 days in-office), you'll create repeatable sales processes, set the bar for customer interactions, and scale the team with startup speed and growth-stage traction.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Coach a team of AEs through pipeline reviews and deal strategy sessions.
  • Build repeatable sales processes from the ground up.
  • Own team's number with precise forecasting and pipeline health.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, CS, and Sales Ops.

📋 Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of frontline sales management at a high-growth SaaS or AI company.
  • Experience managing both enterprise and commercial sales motions.
  • Track record of teams hitting quota consistently.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in PLG or product-led environments.
  • Background selling creative tools, AI products, or horizontal SaaS.
  • Experience building a team in a new market or geography.
