You'll investigate and resolve customer disputes across P2P, debit/credit card, and ACH channels at xAI's X Payments. You'll ensure compliance with Regulation E and NACHA rules while collaborating with Fraud and Compliance teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate incoming disputes across P2P, debit/credit card, and ACH transactions
• Validate chargeback rights and ensure documentation completeness
• Manage provisional credits per Regulation E and NACHA rules
• Maintain case documentation for audit readiness

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years handling disputes involving debit or credit card transactions
• Strong working knowledge of Regulation E
• Experience with NACHA rules and card network chargeback guidelines
• Familiarity with dispute systems and case management platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Criminal Justice
• Certifications like ETA CPP or CFE
