💼 About This Role

You'll own day-to-day site execution for GPU data-center builds worldwide, orchestrating contractors and vendors to deliver safe, on-schedule facilities. You'll enforce safety programs and coordinate CSA and MEP trades to meet extreme power-and-cooling density targets. This role offers the chance to shape the infrastructure behind artificial superintelligence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and execute integrated schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Enforce safety program and drive zero-incident culture across subcontractors
• Coordinate CSA and MEP trades, resolving field conflicts in real time
• Track daily progress, earned value, and issue recovery plans when needed

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years managing hyperscale or mission-critical construction projects
• Deep knowledge of CSA and MEP construction phases and procurement workflows
• OSHA 30 (or equivalent) and familiarity with NFPA 70E and local codes
• Ability to read BIM/Revit models and interpret IFC packages on the fly
