• Perform shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, and hot tool styling.
• Assist finishing services and apply treatments per guest request.
• Drive retail sales, services, and membership goals.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry-level customer service or retail experience.
• Effective communication and people skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
