💼 About This Role

You'll join the Clinton Foundation's Development team to manage a portfolio of individual donors and prospects, executing an annual giving plan to grow philanthropic support. You'll lead cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities, collaborating across teams to maximize engagement and giving. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of individual donors and prospects
• Directly cultivate and solicit donors through meetings, calls, and written proposals
• Develop and manage stewardship and communications activities for donors
• Track gifts, pledges, and reconcile gift activity with quarterly reporting

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of professional experience with increasing responsibility
• 2-3 years managing people or projects to completion
• Experience cultivating and soliciting gifts from individuals preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Portfolio management experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Blackbaud CRM or similar donor database
• Experience with wealth screening and analytical tools
