Description

As an IT Specialist at Matic, you will be the key link connecting technical operations with business needs. You'll oversee the Columbus office's IT infrastructure, manage device lifecycles, and ensure both local and remote teams have the tools they need to succeed. Your role involves proactive problem-solving, from maintaining conference rooms to executing IT projects that enhance team productivity.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in help desk or technical support role
• Solid hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows 11 and macOS
• Proficiency in Windows device lifecycle management via Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) or other enterprise IDPs

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for support requests via Slack, Jira, and Email
• Lead employee onboarding and offboarding tasks including account setup and hardware provisioning
• Manage full device lifecycle via Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro
• Maintain inventory accuracy with AssetSonar and manage shipping/receiving
• Drive IT projects from planning through execution
