You'll join Scion's student living team as a Leasing Consultant, combining marketing, sales, and customer service. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, conducting tours and executing engagement initiatives. This role is essential to delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced collegiate environment.

• Conduct community and amenity tours for prospective residents.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as outlined by management.
• Assist with social media and communication to engage customers.
• Log, file, and retrieve customer packages and assist with administrative tasks.
