💼 About This Role

You'll build the outbound sales process from scratch for a YC-backed Series B company. Your core impact is booking meetings for all AEs through multi-channel prospecting. You'll collaborate directly with the founding team in a high-autonomy role.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build outbound sales process and playbooks
  • Prospect and research target accounts (150-1000 employees)
  • Book meetings for AEs via LinkedIn, cold-calling, email
  • Collaborate with AEs on messaging and feedback

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ year as an SDR manager selling SaaS
  • Past quota hitting experience
  • Experience with sales stack (SFDC, Amplemarket)
