You'll build the outbound sales process from scratch for a YC-backed Series B company. Your core impact is booking meetings for all AEs through multi-channel prospecting. You'll collaborate directly with the founding team in a high-autonomy role.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build outbound sales process and playbooks
- Prospect and research target accounts (150-1000 employees)
- Book meetings for AEs via LinkedIn, cold-calling, email
- Collaborate with AEs on messaging and feedback
📋 Requirements
- 1+ year as an SDR manager selling SaaS
- Past quota hitting experience
- Experience with sales stack (SFDC, Amplemarket)
