You'll provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. You'll implement evidence-based practices and collaborate with a transdisciplinary team including BCBAs and therapists.
π― What You'll Do
- Complete Cortica's orientation and BCAT training
- Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children
- Implement positive behavior strategies developed with BCBA
- Document session data to track treatment goals
- Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments
π Requirements
- Experience working with children
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
