You will provide engaging childcare in families' homes, typically for 8-hour days. You'll be matched with families based on your experience, location, and availability, with our team handling scheduling. Focus on creating a safe, nurturing environment while we handle the logistics.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum 1 weekday availability (at least 8 consecutive hours between 6am-8pm)
• Related childcare experience
• Reliable transportation to travel up to 15 miles from home
• Adult, Infant, and Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification (reimbursement provided)

Responsibilities

• Connect with families via intro calls before assignments
• Provide childcare in family homes for typically 8-hour days
• Follow schedule and rules set by parents
• Perform household duties related to care (e.g., meal cleanup, activity cleanup)
