You'll develop strong relationships with clients, driving adoption of DailyPay's on-demand pay platform. You'll be the trusted advisor for key accounts and orchestrate customer escalations to ensure speedy resolution. You'll identify upsell opportunities to grow accounts.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Orchestrate customer escalation situations ensuring responsiveness.
- Build effective business strategies for client post-launch retention.
- Forecast and track key account metrics like enrollment and adoption.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years as a CSM or Sales.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate with C-Level stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics or KPIs.
