You'll develop strong relationships with clients, driving adoption of DailyPay's on-demand pay platform. You'll be the trusted advisor for key accounts and orchestrate customer escalations to ensure speedy resolution. You'll identify upsell opportunities to grow accounts.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate customer escalation situations ensuring responsiveness.
  • Build effective business strategies for client post-launch retention.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics like enrollment and adoption.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years as a CSM or Sales.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate with C-Level stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics or KPIs.
