💼 About This Role

You'll own the industrialisation of major aircraft assembly boundaries, defining how the Valo eVTOL aircraft is built from prototype to production. Your core impact will be generating digital production data and shaping takt-based assembly systems to enable rapid rate ramp. You'll combine hands-on process definition with production system design while supporting early builds.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own industrialisation of defined aircraft assembly boundaries.
• Generate digital assembly data in Delmia/3DEXPERIENCE (MBOMs, sequencing, work instructions).
• Define assembly line layouts and takt concepts for rate ramp.
• Establish condition of supply into major sub-assemblies.
• Deliver aircraft assembly boundary deliverables to Manufacturing Readiness Review.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Experience industrialising assembly processes during NPI or early production.
• Experience generating digital production data in Delmia or similar.
• Practical exposure to complex aircraft assembly (e.g., final assembly, structural join).

• Hands-on engineer comfortable operating in ambiguity.
• Understanding of assembly line layout or production system planning.
