Description
You will be the first point of contact for small and medium-sized businesses, helping them connect with new customers through the Groupon platform. You'll use cold calling and consultative selling to onboard merchants, structure deals, and exceed sales targets while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2-3 years proven success in inside sales or SMB-focused roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and trust-building skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Resilience, adaptability, and proactive mindset
Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage local businesses using cold calling and consultative selling
- Structure commercially sound win-win deals for merchants and Groupon
- Lead contract discussions on margins, discounts, and terms
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets
- Partner with post-sale teams for smooth onboarding and long-term success
