You'll lead client engagements in a growing audit practice, managing relationships and supervising teams at GMP Advisors. Your work will span diverse industries including Oil & Gas, Construction, and Government. This role offers a clear path toward increasing responsibility at a firm backed by private equity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead engagement teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness across audits.
• Review junior staff work and prepare complex engagement file sections.
• Set team culture and mentor members in career development.
• Deliver quality client service in line with firm values.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Active CPA license or actively pursuing licensure and eligible to sit.
• 6+ years of increasing responsibility in public accounting with audit focus.
• Applied working knowledge of GAAP and GAAS.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Oil & Gas, Government/Single Audit, or Construction engagements.
• Familiarity with CCH Axcess and/or CCH Engagement.
• Experience with DataSnipper or similar audit analytics tools.
