  • Manage all building services and preventative maintenance programs
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and general maintenance
  • Prioritize and schedule maintenance work, ensuring quality standards
  • Manage facilities budgets and conduct regular inspection tours

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED, trade school diploma, or military training
  • 8 years of experience managing building systems in multi-unit residential properties
  • 5 years of supervisory experience
  • 5 years of experience with building automation systems

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with student living facilities
  • Certification in HVAC or related trade
