🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive large-scale cross-functional programs from design through delivery.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define scope, value, and technical requirements.
• Orchestrate planning, prioritization, and execution across functions.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Build strong relationships and serve as central point of contact.

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years of Technical Program Management experience in software/SaaS.
• Track record of managing and delivering large-scale technology programs.
• Expert in leveraging Jira to manage complex project workflows.
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.

• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (CSM or PSM).
• Ability to analyze delivery metrics to guide teams.
