💼 About This Role

You'll own sales performance of a field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives in Ogun State, recruiting and developing them to exceed targets. You'll build local agent networks and shape go-to-market strategy in a commercially dynamic region. This role offers autonomy to craft the approach that connects M-KOPA's products to underserved communities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of Direct Sales Representatives
• Set performance standards and run regular coaching sessions
• Develop localized sales strategies for Ogun State
• Monitor team performance and ensure compliance

📋 Requirements

• Experience in sales within FinTech, Microfinance, Telecom, or FMCG
• Track record of hitting commercial targets personally and through others
• Proven ability to lead and develop field-based sales teams
• Knowledge of local market dynamics in Ogun or Southwest Nigeria
