💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Neighbor Success Team at one Flow community, ensuring prospective and new residents receive a world-class experience from first interaction through move-in. You'll blend high-volume leasing production with daily team leadership, coaching tours and closes, and driving pace-to-goal performance. This onsite role requires a flexible schedule including weekends.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily huddles to align priorities and coverage.
• Own floor leadership during peak hours, managing walk-ins.
• Coach consultative selling: discovery, objection handling, closing.
• Maintain CRM hygiene with accurate stages and follow-up timing.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in consultative sales or related fields.
• Multifamily/resident experience strongly preferred.
• Tech-forward mindset with CRM dashboards and analytics.
• Proven ability to coach performance and drive outcomes through KPIs.

• Experience with broker, relocation, or employer relationships.
• Background in hospitality management.
• Local market knowledge of Miami.
