Join One Medical to provide human-centered primary care, managing a diverse patient panel through in-office and tele-health visits. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team, perform procedures, and supervise NP/PA colleagues as part of our mission to transform healthcare.

Requirements

• Completed accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency
• At least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages
• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics
• Licensed in Connecticut
• Passion for human-centered primary care

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or via tele-health
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Perform in-office procedures
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues
