Description

You will coordinate on-site construction activities in a fast-paced semiconductor project environment, ensuring alignment with project schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations. You will work with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and commissioning teams to resolve field issues and drive successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in construction or field supervision
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and field coordination
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience with commissioning or construction management software

Responsibilities

• Enforce site safety standards and maintain housekeeping across assigned areas
• Support Project Manager on multi-discipline field coordination
• Oversee construction field operations including laydown checks and weekly work plan alignment
• Coordinate with trades and superintendents to resolve field issues (housekeeping, access, resources)
• Provide commissioning software support including issue tracking and documentation audits
