💼 About This Role

You'll join a mission-driven team to restore wetlands, streams, forests, and prairies across multiple project sites. You'll operate heavy equipment and lead field activities while mentoring junior crew members. This role offers hands-on restoration work in a high-integrity safety culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate skid steers, tractors, or augers
• Conduct invasive brush clearing and tree felling
• Apply herbicides and perform planting
• Lead tailgate safety meetings and mentor crew
• Track hours and complete safety observation cards

📋 Requirements

• CDL Class A license
• 3+ years of ecological restoration experience
• 2+ years operating construction and restoration equipment
• Commercial Pesticide Applicator License in appropriate categories
