Description

You will read and interpret schematics, fabricate and install parts, and maintain ground support equipment for launch operations. Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues during launch activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 1+ years of experience designing, installing, or troubleshooting electrical control systems
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and climb for up to 10 hours per day
• Experience with test instruments and hand/power tools

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret planning documents, schematics, and engineering sketches
• Adjust, repair, or replace faulty components of ground hardware
• Fabricate and install parts and systems for launch environments
• Connect and verify pressure transducers, thermocouples, and other sensors
• Lay out, build, and test wiring of electronics racks and junction boxes
