💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership to deliver an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new team members and help meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to combine retail operations with community impact through our meal donation program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide leadership on the sales floor when manager is pulled away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate store
• 18 years of age or older

✨ Nice to Have

• Passion for pop culture and philanthropy
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Knowledge of retail KPIs like UPT and ADT
