  • Identify and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for high-caliber candidates.
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle including screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on market trends and best hiring practices.
  • Partner with Director on employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 7+ years of progressive full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment across multiple business units.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with Lever ATS.
  • Experience with college recruitment programs.
