💼 About This Role

You'll prime and paint vehicles at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center, ensuring first-rate condition. You'll handle buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrush. This role offers 100% company-paid healthcare and training programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prime vehicles and perform final sanding
• Perform buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrush
• Operate paint equipment and tools safely
• Work mandatory overtime as needed

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license
• At least 18 years of age

• Experience with water-based paint systems
• ASE certification
• Previous work in a high-volume production environment
