💼 About This Role

You'll own the entire customer experience for a book of business at Kentik, from onboarding to renewal. You'll identify champions, drive adoption, and collaborate with sales to uncover expansion opportunities. This role offers the chance to work with exciting companies like Akamai and Booking.com.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and foster key customer champions across the organization
• Support customers through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and growth
• Work with Post-Sales Engineers, Account Executives, and Product Management
• Capture customer needs and translate them into internal tasks

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Customer Success Management or Account Management experience
• Based on East Coast and willing to work EST hours
• High proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Google Suite, and SaaS CS tools
• Previous SaaS experience required

• Revenue recognition experience in a SaaS framework
• Emotional intelligence and ability to pick up unspoken communication
