You'll serve as the on-the-ground expert ensuring homes are functional, clean, and stocked for every guest. Your work will directly impact guest satisfaction and support a fast-paced startup within a startup. This field-based role combines property caretaking with hospitality touches like welcome notes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct inspections before and after guest stays to meet brand standards
• Restock consumables and maintain inventory for readiness
• Handle basic maintenance tasks like lightbulb changes and small repairs
• Respond to urgent in-stay issues and guest needs when dispatched

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in hospitality, property care, or vacation rentals
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and be on feet throughout the day
• Comfortable using mobile apps and task tracking tools
