🎯 What You'll Do

• Build systems that detect, predict, and prevent quality risks.
• Design scalable frameworks for root cause analysis and automation.
• Operationalize quality metrics across coaches, members, and partners.
• Drive strategic insights for executive decisions on renewal risk.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in operations, strategy, analytics, or systems design.
• Deep data fluency from raw data to strategic insight.
• Experience architecting scalable frameworks and feedback loops.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and AI platforms.
