Description

As a Data Analyst II at Brex, you will enhance operational tracking and reporting for business teams. You'll create dashboards, perform ad-hoc analyses, and develop self-service tools to drive strategic decisions in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in data analytics or related role
• 2+ years working with Sales, Operations, Product, or equivalent business teams
• Fluency in SQL (CTEs, window functions, joins across large datasets)
• Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or scripting
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Hex, Tableau, or similar)

Responsibilities

• Apply data visualization and storytelling to create BI dashboards (Looker, Hex) enabling actionable insights
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and deep dives to investigate business questions and provide data-driven recommendations
• Develop self-service data tools empowering stakeholders to monitor performance independently
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to identify data sources, enable pipelines, and support analytical data models
• Implement data quality checks to ensure data integrity across dashboards and reports
